Our reception is currently staffed until 12:00 pm. Thanks to our modern self-check-in machine, you can check in anytime and are not tied to reception hours.

Just enter your name or booking code at the machine, and it will guide you through the next steps. You’ll also need an ID, which will be scanned.

You can easily pay by card at the check-in machine. If you prefer to pay by invoice, just let us know in advance!

We’re always available by phone at +43 664 927 93 56 and can remotely assist you with the check-in via PC or smartphone.
Our team at the RoofTop restaurant will also be happy to help you out if needed!

Depending on availability, yes! Just ask us in advance, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Your dog is very welcome in our apartment building. We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the hotel itself.

For your perfect family vacation, we offer beautiful, fully equipped apartments, where up to 8 people can stay comfortably, depending on the apartment.

Of course! In the courtyard of our apartment building, you’ll find bike racks and a bike washing station.
Our apartments are also equipped with charging stations for your bike battery.
If you ever get a flat tire or need help, our Bike Shop with an in-house workshop is happy to assist you!

At the Retz main square, you’ll find a free 2-hour short-term parking zone:
Mon–Fri: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Sat: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Please make sure to set the correct arrival time on a parking disc.

We also have a few parking spaces available in Jahnstraße, about 350 meters from the hotel.
